Night sky pictures - Unknown celestial object.

I saw this odd looking thing in the night sky when looking south at 9:50 PM central standard time in late march. If anyone can tell me what this is please leave a comment. By the way, there were 50 to 200 stars in the night sky that you could not see, this is only one of those.
